SPACE & PLACE worked with The University of East Anglia Sports Park in a £12m project that received a substantial grant from the Lottery Sports Fund.
The fast track programme saw construction start in March 1999 and it was completed in 2000.
The main features of the project are an 8 lane 50m swimming pool, 12 court sports hall and climbing wall.
The site is located between the University Drive and the County Athletics Track, which was also refurbished under this contract.
