The Sports & Leisure Group is a joint venture between Civil Service Sports Council (CSSC) and Penta Capital, operating two successful brands into the UK leisure market: Roko Health Clubs, the premium affordable family health clubs and PlayFootball: the new generation small sided football centres.
SPACE & PLACE worked with the CSSC to receive planning for various locations, taking into account funding issues and the requirements of the local community in providing suitable facilities.
ROKO Portsmouth comprises of:
- Two indoor pools (main pool and teaching pool)

- Indoor and outdoor changing facilities
- Spa, sauna and steam room.
- Nine synthetic five-a-side pitches
- Two full-size grass pitches
- Six outdoor tennis courts
- Cricket wicket
- Green bowls
- Licensed social facilities
- Outdoor unisex changing facilities.
