Plumtree Studios Conversion (Leyton Gym)

The project brief was for a complete refurbishment of Plumtree Studios (now called Leyton Gym).
This included improvement works on the first floor and a re-design of the ground floor, creating a new gymnasium.
SPACE & PLACE designed an area for a 62 station gym, free weights and cardio area, and refurbished dry-change.
This project was part of the framework for Waltham Forest Council, investing £24m into sports and leisure in the local area.
