Muscat Hills Clubhouse

The team were appointed by Muscat Hills Projects LLC to produce a design for a state of the art Clubhouse with comprehensive leisure facilities and three exclusive restaurants, as well as 50 Delux Boutique Hotel Suites.
The project was proposed to sit on the foothills of Muscat, Oman. The development of the design was part of an international competition. SPACE & PLACE were asked to produce a design that reflected our expertise in Leisure Design and Luxury Hotels and infrastructure in Oman, which is in the process of diversifying its economy to increase tourism and reduce its dependancy on fossil fuels.
