London Aquatic Centre 2012 Legacy

The SPACE & PLACE team, together with partners Zaha Hadid Architects, were selected to be the architects of the Aquatic Centre for the London 2012 Summer Olympics and Paralympics following a design competition.

The world-renowned facility contains a 50m 10 lane competition pool, a diving pool, and a further 50m 10 lane training pool, as well as a dry dive training area and a gym.

Completed in 2011 (Olympic mode), 2014 (Legacy). The cost is confidential.
