SPACE & PLACE completed many new builds and refurbishments for Holmes Place health clubs and facilities across the UK and in Greece.
New clubs have occupied redeveloped sites as well as multi-use buildings in the following locations:
- Bittacy Hill, Barnet
- Cricklewood, Barnet
- Chigwell, Essex
- Parrs Wood, Manchester
- The Printworks, Manchester
- Sunbury, Surrey
- Maroussi, Athens
The Holmes place at Maroussi involved the refurbishment and rebranding of an existing health club to suit Holmes Place requirements.
The works included the provision of a reception area and café, the refurbishment of the principal gym and studio spaces, and the transformation of the changing areas to create a modern and attractive health club in Athens.
