Grand Hotel Llandudno

SPACE & PLACE was commissioned to refurbish various hotels in the Grand Hotels line.
Refurbishment of the Rank owned Grand Hotels was carried out in Blackpool, Brighton, Llandudno, Scarborough and Margate.
The larger rooms required a slightly different treatment, however a full prototype was not required, as a high degree of customer satisfaction was achieved in Phase One. The team researched and put forward solutions for internal fixtures and fittings and furniture adjustments.
The refurbishment budget of £1m meant that a total of 500 rooms throughout the chain were updated and modernised.
