Cannons West Byfleet Refurbishment

SPACE & PLACE worked with Cannons in a partnering arrangement to deliver 20 completed projects in the UK and Holland over a 4 year period from 2000 to 2004.
The partnership involved S&P in projects as small as signage applications, bar refurbishments, through new build units on retail/leisure parks right up to the refurbishment of the flagship club at St Albans.
The rollout programme commenced with the development of a generic model of around 25,000sq ft. and then its application at Nuneaton.
The model was refined and adapted to fit within existing buildings such as the converted Victorian train shed at Guiseley and also adapted for the Dutch market at Utrecht, Rotterdam and Amsterdam (these units were subsequently sold to David Lloyd).
