SPACE & PLACE were involved in the design and re-build of Exe Valley Leisure Centre in Tiverton, which began in August 2001 and reopened to the public in February 2002.

The leisure centre replaced the thirty year old Tiverton Swimming Pool, improving the existing provision to create a flagship centre in Mid Devon that caters for all sectors of the community.
