SPACE & PLACE was appointed to extend the existing fitness suite at The Weald School and to provide a community pool. The project is traditionally procured under the SECE framework.

The proposal consistsed of a 25m 4-lane swimming pool, extension to the existing fitness suite including changing facilities, new reception and entrance foyer.

The swimming pool is a 4 lane variant of the Swim25, a 6 lane 25m pool which is a standard product that represents best practice for a community focused swimming facility.
