SPACE&PLACE (S&P) is set to transform leisure offerings in Rainham with the development of Cozenton Park Sports Centre, a state-of-the-art facility designed to revolutionise local recreational options. This innovative centre emphasises both energy efficiency and sustainability. 

Replacing a 30-year-old facility, the new centre features a striking hybrid steel and engineered timber structure that combines superior insulation with sophisticated design. The offsite construction approach has successfully met the client’s high standards and tight deadlines. 

Cozenton Park Sports Centre offers a versatile leisure pool tailored for children and families, along with ample space for formal swimming and lessons. The centre also includes a modern gym, a multifunctional exercise studio/party room, upgraded changing facilities, and a café that caters to both sports centre patrons and park visitors.
