SPACE & PLACE worked with Crest Nicholson and was responsible for the delivery of a number of private Holmes Place Health Clubs across the UK and Europe, incorporating numerous feasibility studies.
Bittacy Hill Health and Leisure Club for Holmes Place is an £8m new build health club.
It is a mixed use scheme comprising offices, 30 residential units, Holmes Place health club and a Doctor’s surgery.
