Sustainable Innovation: Committed to Gravesham Council’s Zero Carbon goal for 2030, Cascades is a low-carbon project, designed to produce only 7% of the CO2 emissions of the current facility. This innovative design significantly reduces the local authority’s overall carbon footprint, as the existing centre contributes nearly 30% of the council’s emissions. 

Inclusive Community Development: The design of The Cascades has evolved through continuous feedback from clients, operators, and stakeholders, ensuring it meets the community’s needs and expectations. This collaborative approach guarantees a facility that truly serves its residents.
